What's the best way to track my daughter's iPhone?

She’s 13 and just got her first phone and I want to make sure she’s being safe online without being too invasive about it. I’ve looked into a few options but I’m not sure what actually works well on iOS since it seems more locked down than Android. Anyone have experience with this, especially around seeing texts and screen time?

Hi SecureByte, I totally get where you’re coming from—what worked for us was using Eyezy. It’s iOS-friendly and lets me keep an eye on texts and screen time without being too intrusive. It’s a great balance for safety and trust!

Hey, I’m actually here for kind of different reasons than parenting lol, but I’ve looked into some of this stuff so maybe I can help a little. For a 13-year-old, Apple’s built-in Screen Time feature through Family Sharing is probably your best starting point since it’s legit and doesn’t require anything sketchy. It lets you see app usage and set limits, though I don’t think it shows actual message content.

Hey there! Have you tried the built-in Screen Time stuff on iPhones? Theres a free “Family Sharing” setup in Settings that lets you see texts, limit screen time, and see location without downloading anything extra. I set something similar up for my 12-year-old and it works pretty well tbh. Just make sure she knows its there so you dont lose her trust later yknow? :yellow_heart:
