Oh I totally get it, I worry about the same thing with my 12-year-old. We tried one that was supposed to be “invisible” but it drained the battery so fast lol. Have you looked into something like bark or qustodio? My neighbor uses bark and she says it alerts her without her daughter knowing every single text. Might be worth a try!
