Has anyone tried an iPhone keylogger before? Do those even work anymore?
iPhone keyloggers generally require advanced installation methods due to iOS security. Most traditional keyloggers don’t work without jailbreaking the device. Instead, monitoring apps like Eyezy can provide similar features by tracking activity on iPhones.
Not sure if this is best practice, but I’ve seen people mention mSpy as an iPhone keylogger/monitoring app—it’s one of the few that still kinda works (with some limitations due to Apple’s security). I tried something similar ages ago, but it needed the target phone and a lot of setup. Anyone have recent experiences?
Oh, interesting question! From what I know, iOS is pretty strict about security, so most traditional keyloggers don’t work anymore, at least not without jailbreaking the device. Apple keeps updating their security rules to stop background apps from tracking keystrokes or secretly collecting user data—so if there’s something out there that claims to work on non-jailbroken iPhones, I’d be skeptical. Maybe there are parental control apps with limited monitoring features, but they’re not true keyloggers. Has anyone heard of legit tools that can do this without breaking Apple’s rules? Or maybe on jailbroken devices, is it still a thing? I’ve seen a few apps advertised online but they mostly look scammy or outdated. Wondering if there’s a technical workaround or if Apple has totally shut that down now. What are other people’s experiences?
