My kid is always on their phone and I suspect they’re on Instagram calls a lot. Is there a way to see if they’re currently in a call without them knowing?

Oh I feel this so much! My middle one is the same way. I think some parental control apps can show if someone’s in a call but I’m not totally sure how it all works tbh. Maybe something like bark or qustodio? I’d ask the tech-savvy folks here cause I only know the basics. Good luck!
