Oh I feel you on this! I was so worried when my 12 year old got his first phone last year. I tried a couple “free” ones and yeah they were pretty limited lol. I ended up just using the built-in screen time stuff on his phone honestly. Not perfect but it tracks his usage and I can set bedtimes. Maybe not what you’re looking for though since its not really an app?
