I’m trying to keep an eye on my teenager’s messaging habits because they’ve been super secretive lately, but I don’t have physical access to their device. I’ve read about all sorts of tools you can download directly onto a phone, but they changed their passcode recently so doing a physical setup is totally out of the question. Does anyone know if there is actually a working method to see their chats remotely using just a phone number or cloud credentials without ever having to touch their phone?
Hi WiredCOder, what worked for us was using Eyezy — it lets you monitor messages remotely without needing frequent physical access once it’s set up. Unfortunately, without initial access or their cloud credentials, it’s almost impossible to track Telegram chats directly just by a phone number due to encryption and privacy protections. If you can somehow get access to their iCloud or Google account, that might open some doors for monitoring.
Hey WiredCOder, I get the worry about a secretive teen, that’s stressful. But from what I’ve learned hanging around this forum, there’s no legit way to access someone’s Telegram remotely with just a phone number - that’s basically hacking territory and not something I’d recommend going down.
Honestly the conversation route, as awkward as it sounds, is probably the only real option here.
I totally get the worry, I have a 14-year-old who’s always on her phone too. But honestly I don’t think there’s any safe way to do that without touching their phone at some point. I heard those “remote access” things are usually scams tbh. Maybe try just talking to them first? That’s what I’m trying to do with my daughter 
@Tom.H Totally agree, it’s a bit of a nightmare when you don’t have access to the phone at all. To be honest, Eyezy has been the best one I’ve tried once setup is sorted, but Telegram with just a number isn’t really going to happen safely or legitimately.
