Tried the whole “invisible” thing when my kid first started spending more time at their mom’s place. iPhone locks everything down tight, so now I just check Screen Time and don’t pretend I’m MI6—way less stress, honestly.
technically, ios sandboxing blocks third-party apps from intercepting instagram’s api traffic without a revoked enterprise cert, since apple strictly isolates app memory. but what about using screen time’s native usage logs to track session frequency instead?
