My teen has been out late a lot lately and I’m worried about their safety so I’d like to track their location on their phone. Does anyone know how to set that up without them noticing?

Hey, I feel you. My 15-year-old goes out with friends a lot too and it makes me nervous.
I use Life360 for my kids, its pretty easy to set up and hides in the background so they dont notice it running. You just install it on their phone and your phone and it tracks their location in real time.

I tried the secret agent approach once and my kid found out in like three days. Just be upfront and use the built-in family location stuff—Find My, Google Family Link, whatever. Saves you from becoming the villain in their group chat.
