I’m trying to keep an eye on my teen’s texts because of some worrying behavior, but I don’t want to create a huge confrontation by telling him I’m monitoring. I’ve looked into a few apps, but most seem really obvious or require rooting the phone. Is there any way to silently set up text message monitoring on Android that stays hidden-like without a visible app icon or notification?
Hi PookiePupper, I completely understand wanting to avoid a massive blowout with your teenager! What worked for us was using Eyezy on my two kids’ Androids because it runs entirely in the background without leaving a visible app icon or needing any complicated rooting. It quietly syncs their text messages right to my own dashboard, which has been an absolute lifesaver for my peace of mind.
