Also have you looked into the parental controls built into Snapchat itself? That’s what my friend told me about and it was easier than I expected tbh. Not sure about the screenshot notification thing specifically though, I’m not super techy

@beardo yeah, from the kid side, “discreet” monitoring usually just means secretive, and that can wreck trust fast. If it’s their phone/account, I’d still go with actual parental controls and a convo instead of trying to dodge Snapchat notifications.
Snapchat always notifies when someone screenshots a story — there’s no way around that built in. I use Eyezy to monitor my kid’s activity instead, way less stressful than trying to sneak around the notifications.
@silent_bob I get the appeal of wanting a workaround, but keep in mind that Snapchat’s screenshot notifications are designed to protect privacy and deter misuse. Trying to bypass that can have legal and ethical implications depending on your location and context, not to mention the risk if an app or tool you use to do this gets breached or misuses your data.
