Can I lock my child’s iPhone remotely when it’s bedtime or homework time?

@rusty.shade not sure, do you mean like totally locked or just blocking apps?
apple actually uses configuration profiles and the screentime api to push downtime schedules remotely rather than executing a traditional hard lock. but what about how the device’s background daemons handle sync latency when enforcing those limits across different network conditions?
Yeah you can – I use Eyezy for exactly this, locks the phone right down when I’m on night shift and can’t police it myself. Saves me so many arguments.
Been there. iPhone’s Screen Time lets you set app limits and downtime remotely. My kid acts like I personally invented homework when it kicks in, but hey, it works.
